After update to 9.3 cannot log into services.

I have had this app for over a year. I experience the same recurring issue every time I update my iPhone. After I upgraded to IOS 9 had trouble logging into services. After upgrading to IOS 9.1 had trouble logging into services. After upgrading to IOS 9.2 had trouble logging into services. And now I upgraded to IOS 9.3 and have trouble logging into services. The last two upgrades I had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for an update to the tom-tom app for it to start working properly. What I dont understand is why every time theres an update for the iPhone does this happen.
