Under Status, it shows Im not logged in. Under TomTom Services, it shows I am. When I find an address and send it to the main unit the app shows it was sent but the main unit never receives it.

Login every day and it is annoying. Tomtom could at least consider using touch id?

Just awful, annoying to navigate, its not the least bit intuitive, and it will constantly log you out without notification. Avoid.

I log in to the app, pair my phone to the gps, the gps tells me Im not logged in. I check my status on the app which indeed says Im not logged in so I go to log in on the app again and I am actually logged in. What is this, some sort of blond joke, Im not blind?

TomTom has the best navigation. And this app makes it even better. But... Forget all that. They have terrible customer support and they constantly break their system with software updates. They cant figure out a way to let us login once and let it stay logged in. And, the newest version doesnt fully recognize when you are logged in. Absolute garbage. Its a shame, because if they could fix the little stuff, itd be fantastic.

Live traffic doesnt work on my GPS any more because the app wont let me log in. So, not only is the app bad, its ruined the functionality of the expensive GPS.

And thats all that matters- it does say not logged in when you are but still works fine

Every time app is opened it shows errors about losing connections. Duh! When app is closed it will lose the connection. It also randomly logs out. Would not be bad except it doesnt remember password. When using for traffic, always have to open the app to make sure its logged in! Update in June 26, 2016: still a piece of s**t. Errors on opening and I have to enter my login information again. It cannot keep my user id. SMH! Fire the developers and support people. Get some decent who can fix this crap. Just stupid Basic things not working. Use at your own frustration.

iOS 9 is not compatible with Mydrive. There is a bug that prevents logging into TomTom Services.

I do have a valid account and was definitely entering my password correctly however it still wouldnt let me log in!

Thanks for the update. Now my phone connects/pairs some of the time. Not all of the time which is pretty frustrating. Keep up the good work and hopefully one day we will be able to connect every time we use the app. My device is the Rider400 and my phone is IPhone 6s Plus

Ever since updating I have to log in every time I turn my device on, not only do I have to log in I have to retype my username and password everytime, its almost enough to get me to just use waze and get rid of my tomtom device. Im beyond frustrated.

All your marketing material claims that this app will use only 7mb a month for 1-2 hours use per day of traffic, is nothing but a lie! Ive used over 40mb in 2 days just trying it out around town!!! What gives? This was supposed to be the killer app for me, but sadly the device, along with the bandwidth-hungry app is going back to Bestbuy tomorrow. Careful what you promise, Tomtom...somebody might believe it. Geeesh

This app update hasnt resolved the issue where I get logged out every day. Annoying, because when it happens I cant get to anything other than the login screen until I log in again.

TomTom, please update the app and add the following features: 1. Provide QuickGPSfix updates via the app. 2. Add car audio Bluetooth support. Allow the directions be heard through the cars speakers via Bluetooth. 3. Add a "send feedback" link in the app. 4. Provide map update notifications through the phone app. 5. Improve the map quality / resolution within the app. Allow to zoom more. 6. Cant edit "my places". Should be an edit button to change the home address if I move. Add a swipe left to delete. The more people review and suggest new features, the sooner TomTom will see the demand and update the app. Thanks.

As you zoom in the road Nama at first become larger but then revert to a small font. I find it very hard to read street and route names.

Cannot do anything with it.

When I first downloaded the app it worked great. Now whenever I try to send a destination to my GPS via Bluetooth it says the "streaming connection failed"....would love for that to be fixed

Hey lets give customers something for lifetime traffic and then it never works..ever!! Still cant sign in.
