After I upgraded to I.O.S. 9 I can no longer use this app to connect to My TomTom G60s. Which means no traffic alerts. I reinstalled the mydrive tomtom app and I can not log in . The error is "Tomtom services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." I contacted TomTom customer service and they say its a known issuse and they are working on it.

Doesnt work with IOS 9. Worked fine until the upgrade. Fix it or Im demanding my money back. You say you will continuously update your App, then do it.

Cant long in, Its been over two weeks Ive been experiencing this problem.

It would be the ideal companion to my tomtom if it worked. Unable to connect to mydrive.

The whole reason I bought this specific GPS was for the traffic updates and phone connectivity. The app has been nonfunctional for weeks and the support staff are rude and completely useless. I want to return my gps for a refund.

Finally fixed the connection issue with IOS 9. Works perfect now!

Finally working again after the IOS 9 updates.

This app still doesnt work with the last iPhone IOS. Continual message of TomTom services unavailable. Come on TT, get it together.

I see only instructions about how to setup the connection with the device ,but it doesnt go anywhere after that screen!it is super confusing!Fix it guys!

Updated today now iPhone will not sync with Go 60s

App updated on the 6th and hasnt synced to the device since then. Help.....

It was finally working again after several weeks of not. Now after the most recent update, it will no longer sync with my Go and receiving the "streaming could not be established" error message. Bummer.

Kept getting main screen (without the map) even after Go 610 can connect to iPhone via Bluetooth tethering. Cannot go beyond main screen.

It would not sync to GPS after last update. This is the reason for the poor ratings. It nevertheless started working great again after I deleted the app and doing a fresh download/install of the current version. Still a great choice!!

Does not work as described No maps and cannot preset destinations. Only instructions on how to connect

Ive had the TomTom Go 500 for over a year, and it has worked well. The latest version of this app simply doesnt work. It just shows the welcome screen and the "how to get started" stuff, but never gets you to where you can connect to the phone for the traffic features or uploading destinations. Total fail. Do not update to this!

My app used to work great but now it wont communicate with the GPS and I no longer get the traffic updates. Thats part of the reason I chose this GPS. Please fix!! Very frustrated!!

Every time app is opened it shows errors about losing connections. Duh! When app is closed it will lose the connection. It also randomly logs out. Would not be bad except it doesnt remember password. When using for traffic, always have to open the app to make sure its logged in! Basic things not working. Use at your own frustration.

This app used to work, and now I’m unable to send an address to the GPS device. PLEASE fix this!!
