Downloaded this app today. All it will do is show me how to connect my phone to the device and doesnt give me any other options like logging in or making a route. Not very impressed at all.

The app requires you to approve the connection to the GPS each time it connects. So while the connection is great and gives your GPS a lot more functionality the fact that you have to swipe to approve the notification that the GPS wants to connecting is annoying and can be dangerous when you want it to connect to get traffic but are already driving. It would also make getting in and out of your car at frequent stops easier as each time the phone gets out of Bluetooth range of the GPS you have to allow it again. Wish they would fix that and always allow the GPS to connect without any approval required.

Setting it up from scratch after every update is starting to get annoying. How about releasing updates that dont kill our settings every time?!

I need to log in and password every day and it is annoying. Tomtom could at least consider using touch id?

App wont connect to Mydrive keep saying service unavailable tried everything to fix it need to fix app

I can no longer use this application. I cannot get past the login screen where it always says the services are temporarily unavailable. No way to get past this

The latest update has made a so-so app even worse. It now makes you log in with your email account and password every time you use the TomTom. I cannot think of a single iPhone app that is incapable of retaining login information (unless you specifically ask it not to) other than MyDrive. This app serves two purposes, the first is to provide traffic information (at times incorrect) to the TomTom and the second, based on what TomTom does in Europe, is to track you, and if you are being tracked, to enable features that you have paid for and installed on your TomTom to work. (Specifically the traffic cameras feature - the camera data files reside in the TomTom, the TomTom gets date/time info from the GPS satellites so it should be able to track your subscription without the app. The only thing the app really adds is to allow you to notify TomTom of a new camera.) The traffic information is generally not bad during rush hour in DC metro area, although often not timely. (It will inform you that you are stuck in traffic after you are stuck in traffic. During off hours there generally is no traffic information.) Routing, especially alternate routes, can be an issue but I blame the TomTom for that. Nothing else on the app is useful to me. The map on the app will never displace Google Maps if I need to look something up on my iPhone. The app keeps asking to download my iPhone contacts; given the limits in organizing the 20 routes/contacts on my TomTom, adding 1000 new contacts sounds like a nightmare to me.

Cant login after updating to iOS 9.3. Show error: services unavailable.

This is the worst app I ever had. Every time I have to login to my account..why? I dont know is there anyone or anybody in tom tom can fix this issue?! I almost want to give up on tony on products..

I have had this app for over a year. I experience the same recurring issue every time I update my iPhone. After I upgraded to IOS 9 had trouble logging into services. After upgrading to IOS 9.1 had trouble logging into services. After upgrading to IOS 9.2 had trouble logging into services. And now I upgraded to IOS 9.3 and have trouble logging into services. The last two upgrades I had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for an update to the tom-tom app for it to start working properly. What I dont understand is why every time theres an update for the iPhone does this happen.

If you own an iPhone, purchase a different brand of GPS! This app deems your TomTom useless if you want realtime traffic updates. TomTom customer service acts like they dont know a problem exists; however, their user group has pages and pages of CUSTOMERS who cannot fully utilize the options of this GPS due to problems with this app. IS ANYONE PAYING ATTENTION??

While I love my tomtom and love the fact that it keeps me updated on traffic I wish you would fix the sign on issue. Every time I walk away from Bluetooth range I have to reput in all my sign on info. Please fix this

Says its not available. Would like to see this fixed so I can use it again.

Update my 6S and cant login to mydrive, says the service is temporarily unavailable. Terrible!

IOS 9.3 needs an update!!

Updated iPhone this week and now cant sign into services. What is the point if no traffic?

While the app still functions to pass internet connection and traffic to the TomTom Go (one that was properly set up before the app stopped working), the app itself refuses to sign in to TomTom Services so I can’t use any of the other app specific features. This apparently doesn’t work under 9.3 and possibly earlier 9.x versions. (However it still passes traffic to the previously setup TomTom without logging in - that alone is a one star benefit)

There are two primary annoyances with this app: 1) You constantly have to log i to the app. Its really annoying when you want to just get in and go to log in to the app. Seriously TomTom, even Garmins app doesnt do this. 2) TomTom services are now broken iOS 9.3. I am sure they will fix this eventually, but util thiey do, its 1 Star.

It is very annoying that the apps ask for permission to connect the GPS to the iPhone. Currently, I can not login into my Mydrive account anymore “TomTom services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

I dont like that I have to log in every time my phone wants to connect with my gps. Id like a stay logged in option and only have to confirm that I want to connect to my GPS device. I love that I can look for an address on my iPhone then send the address right to my GPS. Fix the log in issue and it would be a five star. Thanks
